Hello. My name is Renata Day, also known as Ren@Zen. I am passionate about helping others reconnect to the joy that lives within each of us.
Through the power of healing sounds, healing energies, mindfulness, conscious movement and sharing innocent laughter, we can bring harmony, peace and joy to our everyday dance with life.
Zen Healing Wellness Studio is the culmination of a dream beginning 20 years ago in Cape Town, South Africa, where I began a long and transformational journey exploring the power of healing sounds as Gongmaster and as facilitator in shamanic healing dance. Since then, I have continued my training in a range of alternative therapies to help facilitate healing - a wonderful process of ‘whole-ing’ myself and others to harmony and health. In 2019 I responded to my ancestral call to come ‘home’ to Ireland.
I chose to study both yin and yang aspects of healing therapies to facilitate integration which has helped me blend the discipline of meditation / mindfulness with the delight found in expression / creativity, laughter / play and movement with meaning. To be healthy and happy in life, integration is key.
Balancing peace and joy leads to harmony of mind, body and soul. It is from this place of grounding and balance that we can manifest miraculous healing for ourselves.
My wish is that the treatment and activities offered at Zen Healing will help you greet each day with inner peace, vitality, passion and joy to live a happy, fulfilling life.
